Job DescriptionHiring for "CSR " for international Voice process (Immediate Joiner) Duties and Responsibilities: - You are responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments - The script should sound natural and unrehearsed. - Need to listen attentively and speak slowly with complete explanation. - Should be able to handle objections on call. - Request the name of the best person to call and ask when it's best to call Job Specifications: - Should have good Oral and written communication. - An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking. - Should be a computer literate. - Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector. - Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning current things and execute it effectively on day to day basis.



- Should also have a clear view of what the current market trend is. - Required qualification - Any Undergrads/Graduates. - Good exposure in MS Office tools - Should possess excellent communication skills. - Should be proactive and should be in a position to comprehend to requests sent via emails or other modes of communication. - Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours - Should be able to join immediately. - Fixed Sat/Sun week off. Qualifications - Any Fresher can apply (undergraduates are Eligible ) - At least minimum of 6 months work experience - Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
