Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nYou will be a senior engineer on the x360Sync team at ConnectWise, owning development of the macOS agent — a native desktop application at the heart of the x360Sync backup and file sync product. The application is primarily written in C++, with Swift and Objective-C used for macOS-native components. You will be stepping into a mature codebase with real ownership and scope from day one.

- Design, implement, and maintain features in the x360Sync macOS agent, working primarily in C++ with Swift and Objective-C for platform-native integrationsn
- Debug and resolve production issues, including deep-dive investigation across the application stack and macOS system APIsn
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing technical recommendations grounded in macOS platform best practicesn
- Write clean, well-tested code and take part in code reviews — both giving and receiving constructive feedbackn
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers,



and cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule without cutting corners on qualityn
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, internal tooling, and development processesn
- Help scope and break down complex problems into well-defined tasks for yourself and the broader teamn
- Document technical decisions, system behavior, and processes clearly for teammates and future contributorsn
