nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive / Senior Executive to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will own the end-to-end receivables cycle, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional finance stakeholders. This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable owning numbers independently, and keen to grow within a quick-scaling SaaS finance function.

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process,
including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationn
- Track customer payments and follow up proactively on overdue accounts to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)n
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with Sales and Customer Success teamsn
- Prepare and maintain AR ageing reports, and share regular status updates with the Finance leadershipn
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with accounting standards and company policyn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contract terms, renewals, and billing schedulesn
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to receivablesn
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in collections efficiency and reporting accuracyn
- Assist with audits by providing relevant AR documentation and schedulesn
