nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Finance to manage core accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions for our fast-growing SaaS business. The ideal candidate is a CA-inter professional or a B.Com graduate with at least 5 years of hands on finance and accounting experience, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and eager to take on new challenges, including strengthening internal controls along the way.

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activitiesn
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) related activitiesn
- Process and initiate bank paymentsn
- Finalize payroll on a monthly basisn
- Manage Fixed Asset (FA) accountingn
- Prepare working capital reports and cash burn reportsn
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationshipsn
- Identify gaps and streamline internal controls in a fast-paced environmentn
- Ensure timely and accurate TDS compliancen




- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Law requirementsn
- Prepare and file GST returnsn
- Conduct analytical review procedures on financial datan
- Prepare and deliver month-end financial reportingn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- CA discontinued, or B.Com with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experiencen
- Hands-on working experience with ZOHO Books and ZOHO Payrolln
- Experience with SEZ-related compliance is preferredn
- Prior experience working in a SaaS business environment is preferredn
- Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and Labour Law compliancesn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsn
- High ownership mindset with the ability and willingness to take on recent challengesn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving prioritiesn
