nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts skilled to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll finance coordination, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and support the organization's financial governance, controls, and operational finance functions.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Accounting & Financial Operations
no Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
no Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, intercompany transactions, and
noverseas remittances.
no Monitor collections from dealers, business associates, and intercompany
nentities.
no Manage subsidy receivables, dealer incentives, commissions, and payout
nprocesses.
no Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account
nreconciliations.
no Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end closures.




n• Financial Reporting & Compliance
no Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
no Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, and
nother statutory requirements.
no Manage GST return filings, reconciliations, and annual compliance activities.
no Support direct tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and statutory filings.
no Prepare employee perquisite statements and management expense reports.
n• Payroll Finance Coordination
no Act as the key liaison between Finance and Payroll teams.
no Validate payroll funding, employee payouts, gratuity payments, reimbursements,
nand statutory deductions.
no Ensure timely processing of employee salary disbursements and related
naccounting entries.
n• Treasury & Operational Finance
no Manage business disbursements and payment schedules.
no Support fund management and liquidity planning.
