nPurpose of the Role:

- n
- C.A., B.COM. / M.COM./ICWA with 8-15 years of experience with expert understanding of Record-to-Report operations and capability to lead Record-to-Report service delivery activitiesn
- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned Record-to-Report processesn
- Support Record-to-Report service delivery by ensuring compliance with operational procedures and effectively leading team executionn

nKey Functional Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead Finance and Accounting client and handle R2R - Focus on Reporting, General Ledger Entries, Intercompany, Reconciliation Fixed assets and Cash and Bank management etcn
- Manage client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reportingn
- SLA adherencen




- Build and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-makingn
- Run career development activities for team members including performance management, feedback and trainingn
- Drive transformation projectsn
- Responsible to drive productivity and efficiency per contractual requirementn
- Lead operational and governance calls with client and Wipro leadership as requiredn
- Build backup and cross training plans and ensure they are implemented and revisited regularlyn
