- Experience in Airline Reservations or the Travel Industryn
- Good knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing proceduresn
- Experience in handling travel agents and customersn
- Strong communication and coordination skillsn
- Good problem-solving and follow-up abilitiesn
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentn
- A proactive, responsible and customer-focused approachn

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle airline reservations and ticketingn
- Manage booking requests, changes, cancellations and related queriesn
- Coordinate with travel agents, customers and airline teamsn




- Provide timely support for reservation and ticketing requirementsn
- Follow up on pending bookings and ensure smooth processingn
- Maintain accurate records and provide necessary reportsn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure productive day-to-day operationsn
