nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Senior Billing Engineer – MEP to manage vendor and subcontractor billing, quantity verification, site measurements, BOQ validation, material reconciliation and commercial documentation for MEP works across commercial interior fit-out and Design & Build projects.
nThe role will work closely with Project Managers, MEP teams, site teams,



commercial teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate billing, quantity certification and proper project documentation.
nWhat You Will Do
nVendor & Subcontractor Bill Verification

- n
- Review and verify running bills, COPs and final bills submitted by MEP vendors and subcontractors.n
- Validate bills against approved PO/WO, BOQ, agreed rates and payment terms.n
- Verify actual site execution before certifying quantities.n
- Ensure cumulative billing does not exceed approved quantities or values without appropriate approval.n
- Identify duplicate, incorrect or overlapping quantities.n

- Conduct and verify physical site measurements for:n
- HVAC and air-conditioningn
- Ducting and VRF/VRV systemsn
- Electrical works, lighting and powern
- LT panels and DBsn
- Cable trays, trunking, cabling and wiringn
- Plumbing and sanitary
