The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, event management, communication, employer branding, data management, and HR operations while working closely with cross-functional teams.
nKey Responsibilities
nEmployee Engagement & Culture

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.n
- Support employee forums, town halls, recognition programs, and cultural events.n
- Interact with employees across functions to gather feedback and enhance engagement.n
- Contribute ideas for creating a positive and engaging workplace setting.n

nEvent Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of employee events and HR programs.n
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth event delivery.n
- Ensure timely communication and coordination for all activities.n





nEmployer Branding & Communication

- Support external branding initiatives and employer branding campaigns.n
- Assist in creating communication materials, presentations, and engagement content.n
- Help maintain consistency in internal and external HR communications.n

nProject Management & Execution

- Support ongoing HR projects and ensure timely execution.n
- Track activities, follow up with stakeholders, and drive projects to closure.n
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.n

nData Management & Reporting

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and HR documentation with high accuracy.n
- Analyze employee engagement and HR-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.n
- Ensure data integrity and maintain HR records.n
