Job DescriptionJob Objective: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Medical Specialist to join our team at Orchid Pharma Ltd. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between the organization and healthcare professionals, playing a key role in both the effective utilization of our pharmaceutical solutions and in providing consultative support to address clinical challenges. In this role, your focus will be on educating and empowering our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of support to optimize patient outcomes and fully realize the value of our products.
nResponsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify target accounts & priorities within the region, to help sales team gain access to key decision makers, to build sales team's capabilityn
- Regular coordination with Medical Head, RM, CBM, and Sales Teamn
- Participation in internal training and reporting activitiesn
- Monthly reporting to Medical headn
- Collaborate with KOL's, External stakeholders, Bodies & Associations,



CXO's of organizations and develop network and rapport within their regions to support the company cause and services.n
- Conduct in-service training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance end-user knowledge and proficiency for both internal and external customers.n
- Engagement with clinicians, microbiologists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.n
- Representation during scientific discussions and AMSP rollout.n

nEducation Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare field - MBBS Doctorsn
- Clinical Experience in healthcare settings, such as a hospital or healthcare facilityn
