- Excellent communication skills with a robust American accentn
- Experience interacting with US customersn
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)n
- Willing to work from the ITPL, Bangalore office (5 days a week)n
