nAbout the Role
nScaleUp Motion Media LLP is seeking a Key Accounts Manager who can take ownership of client relationships, ensure effective delivery of marketing and social media activities, and contribute directly to business growth. The position will manage 10–15 client brands, while also coordinating internal teams, monitoring account performance, overseeing billing and collections, preparing reports, and participating in new client conversions.

- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts.n
- Coordinate with content, creative, production, and media teams to deliver campaigns as planned.n
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and marketing execution schedules.n
- Ensure that client deliverables are completed and communicated within agreed timelines.n
- Monitor campaign outcomes, sales performance,



account growth, and other relevant metrics.n
- Manage client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and revenue-related tracking.n
- Develop and present monthly performance reports along with actionable insights.n
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts and increase business from current clients.n
- Engage with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, requirement discussions, and negotiations, converting qualified prospects into new accounts.n

nSkills & Competencies
nThe ideal candidate should demonstrate robust client-facing and relationship-management abilities, along with excellent coordination and organizational skills. A good understanding of social media and digital marketing processes is essential. The role also requires analytical and reporting capabilities, proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and strong presentation, negotiation, and business
