nKey Responsibilities

- Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations.n
- Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery.n
- Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs.n
- Drive loss control and operational efficiency.n
- Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards.n
- Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.n





nIdeal Candidate

- n
- 18+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing / luxury fabrication.n
- Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products.n
- Technical background with robust plant operations experience.n
- Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership.n
- Strong commercial and operational understanding.n
