Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with Advocate/Solicitors for initiating and follow-ups on legal procedures and filings, handling Civil, Criminal, Legal Metrology, & Arbitration cases.
- Draft, review and finalising pleadings, Plaints, Written Statements, Writ Petition, Quashing Petition, Compliant, Re-Joinder, Evidence, Applications, Written Submission in relation to Litigation matters and preparation of miscellaneous documents i.e. Notice, Affidavit, Power of Attorney, Bank Guarantee, Indemnity Bond.
- Drafting, vetting, preparation, Negotiation and finalization of misc. Service Agreements- (IT, Media & Marketing Agency, Manpower Services, Purchase/Supply, Consultancy etc.), and other documents e.g. Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed/s, Lease Deed/s, Power of Attorney.




- Review and advice the Management on various amendments, notifications, acts, rules, latest judgments etc by various Government institutions and research and prepare detailed analysis of these based on company's interest / business plans. Advice all concerned to ensure that company's interest / liabilities are protected.
- Maintain and update MIS of all pending legal matters, ensure proper notice management system.
- Managing and maintaining all documents with respect to civil, criminal proceedings of the Company.
