- Customer Satisfaction w.r.t Hyundai & Dealer-Distributor Channels to Reduce Customers Complains.
- Sales Planning for the operational states/ region
- Parts & Accessory performance & operational KPI Achievement for the territory & channel partners.
- Communication, Co-ordination & support activities with internal & external stakeholders.
- Report Preparation & Monitoring
- Distributor Business & Profitability, Market Survey Study
- Dealer/Distributors Spare Parts Warehouse & Operation Enhancement
- Dealers Genuine Accessory display & accessory per car enhancement

Skill Required

- Work coordination with the Head Office & Market.
- Excellent Communication English & Local Language
- Interpersonal & Solid Reporting Skills
- MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
