Job Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and production capacity.
- Prepare production plans, schedules, and daily work orders.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Prepare product costing, BOM costing, and manufacturing cost estimates.
- Analyze raw material, labor, overhead, and process costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Track material availability and identify potential production delays.
- Maintain accurate production and costing reports.
- Analyze production variances and recommend cost-reduction measures.
- Support capacity planning, inventory planning, and resource utilization.
- Ensure production planning aligns with delivery schedules and business requirements.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in product costing and cost analysis.
- Positive understanding of BOM, MRP, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
