1.Prepare and review pricing proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and tender responses for logistics and supply chain servic es across business verticals.

2. Conduct cost analysis and pricing evaluations to ensure competitive, profitable, and sustainable pricing solutions.

3. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Regional Teams to gather inputs for developing accurate pri cing models. 4. Develop, maintain, and update pricing databases, cost sheets, rate cards, and pricing templates.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks to support pricing strategy and business growth.

6. Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimized pricing structures aligned with operational capabilities and prof itability objectives.

7. Support key account acquisitions, contract renewals, and strategic bids through timely preparation of commercial proposa ls.

8. Monitor pricing performance, margins, and revenue realization, and recommend corrective actions where required.

9. Ensure compliance with organizational pricing policies, approval matrices,



and commercial governance frameworks.

10. Generate MIS reports, pricing analytics, and management dashboards to support decision-making by senior leadership.

11. Coordinate with branches and SBUs to ensure uniform implementation of approved pricing and commercial terms.

12. Assist the Head Central Pricing in developing pricing strategies, process improvements, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and business competitiveness.

Experience - 01 Year of post qualification experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry

Education - Full Time Engineering Graduate or 2 years Full Time MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma# in Management

Preferred Experience - Experience in Central Pricing Function in Logistics Industry and Freight Forwarding Industry will be preferred

Preferred Qualification - MBA Equivalent
