nJob Title:* Billing Engineer (Civil)

n*Qualification:* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
n### Job Summary
nWe are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
n### Key Responsibilities
n* Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
n* Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.
n* Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.
n* Maintain billing records and supporting documents.
n* Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.




n* Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.
n* Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.
n* Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.
n### Requirements
n* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
n* 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.
n* Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.
n* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).
n* Good communication and coordination skills.
n* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
n### Preferred Skills
n* Experience with ERP or billing software.
n* Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
n* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
