Shift: UK Hours (6:30 PM 10:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

Duration: 3 Months | Paid Internship

Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Community Intern to support our digital presence and online growth. This role will provide hands-on experience across social media management, content creation, SEO, audience engagement, and digital marketing, with a focus on Instagram, YouTube, websites, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms, including posts, reels, short-form videos, and captions.
- Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Support the creation and editing of visual and video content in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimisation, on-page SEO, and basic SEO analysis.
- Support website content optimisation to improve search visibility, organic reach, and user engagement.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase online visibility, audience growth, and engagement.




- Monitor social media and SEO performance, including engagement, reach, traffic, rankings, and audience trends, and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Assist with website and digital content updates, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and optimised for search engines.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements

- Solid interest in social media, SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimisation, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding content, social media, and SEO performance.
- Ability to work creatively, independently, and as part of a team.
