Job Description:

A. Sales & Business Development:

1.Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets for assigned area.

2.Develop and manage Dealers, Distributors, Retailers and Project sales.

3.Generate new leads from builders, contractors, plumbers and plumbing consultants.

4.Promote new products and ensure product visibility at counters.

B. Dealer / Distributor Management:

1.Appoint current dealers/distributors as per market potential.Ensure stock availability and timely order booking.

2.Secondary sales

3.Collect payments and ensure timely outstanding clearance.Resolve dealer complaints related to price, scheme, delivery.

C. Market Development & Branding:

1.Conduct plumber meets, retailer meets.

2.Execute display boards, branding activities at shops.

3.Conduct market survey of competitor pricing, schemes and new products.Monitor competitor activities and report to management.

D. Reporting & Coordination:

1.Submit Daily Sales Report [DSR] and tour plan regularly.Coordinate with logistics and accounts for order dispatch and payment.

2.Maintain customer master, price lists, and scheme communication.
