Your Recent Role:

- Establish and uphold engineering standards across design, build, testing, deployment and operational support for N3 DevOps.
- Ensure all solutions align with approved architecture, data patterns, security requirements and platform guardrails.
- Strengthen delivery quality through CI/CD practices, automated testing, code reviews and disciplined release management
- Supporting solutions built by the N3 team in production and managing velocity of level 1, 2, 3 support (within SLAs)
- Equip L1 with runbooks, dashboards, alert guides, FAQs and SOPs for known issue resolution.
- Strengthen L2 triage for pipelines, platform health, job reruns, configurations, access and initial fixes.
- Provide L3 oversight for complex platform, application, data quality,



performance and integration issues.
- Reduce ticket ageing, repeat incidents and avoidable escalations through knowledge, automation and self-service.
- Ensure quality handovers with clear notes, timelines, pending actions, impact and ownership.
- Conform with all internal operating procedures relevant to the position.
