Position: Sr, CNC Grinding (L3,L2,L1)
Experience: 2 - 8 years
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Mech
Location: Sri CIty (Andhra Pradesh)

Job Summary:
The rail/Block CNC Grinding Machine Operator will operate, set up, and maintain CNC
grinding machines for grinding and finishing for rail and block production. The operator will
be responsible for maintaining production schedules, ensuring the quality of work
produced, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the grinding process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist to assistant Manager in overseeing all aspects of rough machining operations for rail and block components, including production, quality control, safety, and 5s.
• Ensure that all grinding operations are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Set up machines to perform rough machining operations, including loading and unloading parts, adjusting tool offsets, and selecting appropriate tooling.
• Conduct quality checks on grinding-machined parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in developing and implementing safety programs and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

• With the Assistant managers support, solve problems through GEMBA analysis.
• Check the condition of tools and gauges. If anything is found abnormal,the Assistainforms thent manager immediately.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on
grinding operations.
• Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques, including machine set-up,
tool selection, and part inspection.
• Experience with managing production employees and implementing process
improvements.
• Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC controls and programming languages.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as well as with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 20-25 KG and perform repetitive
tasks.
