Were Hiring | IT Technician / IT Executive

Looking for a hands-on IT Technician who loves troubleshooting and fixing things on the ground!

You’ll be responsible for keeping IT systems running across our Dark Stores.

What you’ll do:

- Troubleshoot PCs, POS systems, printers, scanners & other hardware
- Resolve network/internet issues – Lease Line, AirFiber, Broadband, LAN/Wi-Fi & network drops
- Coordinate with ISPs/network providers and drive issues to closure
- Diagnose and fix technical issues independently
- Travel to stores for in office troubleshooting when remote support isn’t enough
- Ensure minimum downtime for critical store operations

What we’re looking for:

- 1–4 years of hands-on IT/technical support experience




- Strong knowledge of hardware + basic networking
- Someone who can troubleshoot, not just raise tickets
- Comfortable travelling to different stores
- Good ownership and problem-solving skills
