Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processes for employees in the engineering & construction industry.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee data, including hours worked, leave taken, and payments made.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on company policies to employees and resolve any issues related to attendance, leaves, or payroll.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of attendance management systems and practices.
- Proficiency in leave management software and ability to develop reports as needed.
- Experience with payroll processing software and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
