Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring our residential projects to life through compelling visuals and engaging video content. The candidate will play a key role in creating marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Video Editing
- Edit project walkthrough videos, site progress videos, and promotional content
- Create engaging reels, ads, and social media videos
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
- Coordinate with marketing team for storytelling and campaign execution
- Collaboration Execution:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive understanding of typography, color theory,



and layout design
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
