Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tile designs and concepts
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and offers
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for customized solutions
- Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom and product displays
- Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and feedback
- Keep records of customer visits and maintain client database
- Support showroom events and architect/builder meet-ups as needed.
