Role & responsibilities

- Acquire new customers through cold calling, visits, local marketing, and networking and Branch activities.
- Generate and convert leads through referrals, corporate visits, branch activities, and other outreach efforts within defined turnaround times.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage engagement and long-term retention.
- Ensure accurate customer onboarding by collecting and verifying required documents while adhering to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
- Maintain customer records, monitor account activity, and support overall portfolio growth through effective relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and achieve business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-6 years of frontline sales or customer-facing experience (freshers often accepted).
- Language Skills: Strong verbal communication in local language

Salary

- 3LPA - 4.25 LPA plus attractive incentives
