Job Description
We are looking for a driven Graphic designer to join our fast-growing D2C platform team. The selected individual should possess the ability to think creatively, come up with concepts and execute designs as per the vision for various platforms (website, social media, blogs, ads etc.).
nResponsibilities:

- Generate visual content relevant to our target audience using design software.n
- Conceptualize and create visuals based on requirements.n
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.n
- Work with copywriters, language experts and Creative lead to produce final designn
- Assist in designing motion graphics and basic animations using After Effectsn
- Staying up to date with design trends and design software.n
- Work alongside the team to brainstorm conceptsn
- Do market & audience research to understand our customers, their wants & needsn
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Ultimately, you'll deliver quality designs for various marketing channels (website, social media, etc.) that appeal to our audiences,



attract customers and boost brand awareness.n

nSkill Requirements:
n
- n
- Hands-on experience with Adobe suite (including Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro)n
- Prior experience in Graphic design and Visual communicationn
- Understand of social media ads and creatives.n
- Degree in Design /Communications (preferably from NIFT/Shrishti/Symbiosis/Pearl)n
- Excellent software skills. (Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premier pro and after Effects are a plus)n
- Good organizational and time-management skillsn
- Ability to multi-task and follow deadlinesn
- Willingness to learn skills outside of comfort zonen
- Willingness to grow in a quick-paced environmentn
- Not afraid of challenges and hard workn
- Reliable team player with a sense of ownershipn
- Attention to detailsn
