?Key Responsibilities

* Complete management of Bersache’s Shopify website

* Product listing, catalogue, pricing, images and content management

* Manage collections, categories, filters and website navigation

* Manage website banners, landing pages, offers and campaigns

* Plan and execute website updates for new product launches and sales

* Monitor website sales, traffic, conversion rate and AOV

* Identify opportunities to improve conversion and online revenue

* Manage Shopify apps, payment gateway and third-party integrations

* Coordinate with developers/designers for website development and technical issue

* Analyse customer behaviour and website performance

* Prepare regular website performance reports





* Coordinate with marketing team for Meta/Google campaigns and landing pages

* Ensure accurate inventory, pricing and product information

* Take ownership of website issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills

* Solid experience with Shopify

* D2C / E-commerce website management

* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

* Google Analytics / GA4

* Google Search Console

* Basic SEO

* Conversion Rate Optimization

* Good understanding of website UX

* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
