Job Description

Dymtrus is looking for a proactive and problem-solving-oriented Automation Process Engineer who can independently build, improve and automate business processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify

- operational problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Build new systems and improve existing business processes.
- Create simple and effective SOPs, workflows and process documentation.
- Build and maintain systems using Excel/Google Sheets, automation tools, AI tools and other relevant technologies.
- Automate repetitive/manual processes wherever possible.
- Research and learn new tools/technologies when required.
- Test new systems, identify errors and implement solutions.
- Monitor whether systems are working properly and continuously improve them.
- Build systems that reduce manual work and dependency on individuals.
- Convert business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Take complete ownership from problem identification → solution → testing → implementation → documentation.

- Ability to independently research and learn new tools.

- Someone who can figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions.
- Interest in automation, systems and continuous improvement.

Experience

1–4 years preferred.

Salary

₹15,000–₹40,000/month, depending on skills and experience.
