Job Role :-
· Recruit and onboard advisors to build a solid sales team.
· Generate business through the advisor network.
· Lead, manage, and support a team of advisors.
· Motivate advisors to achieve their sales targets.
· Provide regular training, coaching, and guidance to improve performance.
· Generate leads through open market activities.
· Conduct field work to recruit advisors, generate leads, and drive business growth.
· Two-wheeler is mandatory, as the role involves extensive field visits.
· Advisors/team members will be employed on an off-roll, commission-based model.
· You will be employed on-roll with the company and will receive a fixed salary, along with incentives and allowances based on performance.
Graduation Mandatory
Experience :- 1+ Year BFSI/Sales/Insurance
