About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with sellers, brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers interested in selling on ipshopy.com. You will qualify prospects, explain our marketplace benefits, and help the seller onboarding team turn interested leads into active sellers.

Key Responsibilities

- Find potential sellers through online research, business directories, social media, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Contact prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce ipshopy.com.
- Explain benefits such as 0% marketplace commission, free product listing, and seller support.
- Understand each prospect’s products, business needs, and interest in joining the platform.
- Record accurate lead details and follow-up activity in the CRM.




- Schedule discussions or onboarding calls for interested prospects.
- Follow up regularly and coordinate with the seller onboarding team.
- Track daily activity, qualified leads, meetings, and seller conversions.

Requirements

- Good communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable with calling, online research, and CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Able to organize follow-ups and work toward targets.
- Experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or seller acquisition is preferred.
