nWhat You'll Be Responsible For
nCentre & Operations Management

- Own the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.n
- Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient centre environment.n
- Manage administration, utilities, supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.n

nPeople & Team Leadership

- Lead teachers and non-teaching staff,



including scheduling, attendance, leaves, and performance.n
- Build a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture.n
- Resolve team concerns and ensure smooth coordination across functions.n

nLearner & Parent Experience

- Build strong relationships with learners and parents.n
- Address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.n
- Create a consistently excellent learner experience throughout the journey.n

nSales & Revenue

- Own centre-level sales and revenue targets.n
- Handle walk-ins, understand customer needs, present offerings, and convert enquiries into enrollments.n
- Coach and support the Academic Counsellor to improve conversions.n
- Drive learner renewals and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.n
