We are building at the intersection of product efficacy, technology, content, community and customer experience , with the ambition to create a large, trusted consumer brand from India. We are a fast-moving, early-stage team where people work closely with the Founder, take real ownership and directly shape how the brand grows. Role Own visual execution across Effora’s social media, website, landing pages, ads, marketplaces, campaigns and product launches. This role is for someone who combines solid visual taste, UI/UX thinking and video execution and can translate brand ideas into high-quality consumer-facing output. Responsibilities Create static and motion creatives for social media, paid ads and campaigns Design and improve website pages, landing pages and e-commerce journeys Work on UI/UX, wireframes and conversion-focused layouts Edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos and performance creatives Translate brand briefs into strong visual concepts and executions Maintain consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints Support packaging, launches,



website and marketplace creatives Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels Use AI tools to improve ideation, design, editing and creative production KPIs Creative quality Speed and output On-time delivery Brand consistency Website / landing page design quality Ad creative performance Conversion-focused design output Must-have qualifications 2–4 years in Visual Design, UI/UX and Video Editing Strong portfolio across static design, UI/UX and short-form video Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion-focused design Strong social-first and performance creative skills Excellent visual taste, typography and composition Fast, independent and execution-oriented Preferred qualifications Experience in D2C, Beauty, Wellness, Fashion or Lifestyle Shopify / e-commerce website design exposure Landing page and CRO design experience Meta ad and UGC-style editing experience Motion graphics / animation skills Packaging design exposure Comfortable using AI creative tools Success in this Role Build a strong, premium and consistent visual identity for Effora across every digital touchpoint while helping improve content performance, website experience and conversion.
