We’re Hiring | International Business Development Manager – Ceramic Tiles Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6–10 Years Industry: Ceramic Tiles / Building Materials ✈️ International Markets: GCC | Africa | Europe | CIS | Americas | APAC We are looking for experienced International Business Development Managers to drive export business and take complete ownership of assigned international markets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, acquire and develop international buyers – Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retail Chains, Project Contractors & Specification Channels • Own revenue and gross profit for the assigned territory • Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, quotation, negotiation and closure • Handle international trade terms including CIF, FOB, LC and DP • Convert trial orders into repeat and multi-container business • Develop strong, long-term relationships with international buyers • Coordinate with operations for order execution, quality, shade-lot consistency and shipment timelines • Participate in international buyer visits and trade fairs • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and market intelligence in CRM What We’re Looking For:



• 6–10 years of experience in Ceramic Tile Exports with proven international sales experience • Strong personal network of active international buyers – this is a core requirement • Proven track record of closing export orders and growing market volumes • Strong understanding of export pricing, documentation, freight, payment terms and claims • Good product knowledge of GVT, PGVT, Double Charge, Large Format, Wall & Floor Tiles • Ability to discuss tile sizes, finishes and grades with technical buyers • Willingness to travel internationally as required • Knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish or other relevant languages will be an advantage • Candidates currently working with Morbi-based manufacturers are welcome, subject to relocation to Ahmedabad If you already have a solid international buyer network and are ready to build and scale a market independently, we’d like to hear from you.
