Dygo Diagnostics is looking for a high-energy, target-oriented sales leader to build and scale our Corporate & B2B business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for both individual business generation and team management.

? What You’ll Own

- Drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth across the assigned zone
- Build and manage a solid B2B/corporate sales pipeline
- Personally drive key client meetings, negotiations and closures
- Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance & Business Heads
- Acquire corporate accounts for employee health check-ups, diagnostics, wellness programs and healthcare requirements
- Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the corporate sales team
- Set team targets, review performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
- Develop key accounts and drive repeat & expansion business
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, brokers, healthcare aggregators and other B2B channels




- Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting and sales reporting
- Work closely with Operations, Network, Marketing and Customer Support teams for seamless client execution

? What We’re Looking For

· 8-10 years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Enterprise Sales

· Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

· Experience in team handling and performance management

· Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills

· Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

· Strong hunting + farming capabilities

· Experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare / HealthTech / Insurance / TPA / Corporate Wellness will be an advantage

· Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
