About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Zoho Developer who can design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using the Zoho ecosystem.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and convert them into efficient automated workflows, custom applications, integrations, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Development

- Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator.
- Create custom modules, forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop business logic using Deluge scripting.
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM according to business requirements.
- Build automation for repetitive business processes.
- Manage user roles, permissions, approvals, and application access.

1. Zoho Integrations

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using APIs and Webhooks.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.

- Integrate applications such as

- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Desk
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Flow
- Other third-party applications

1. Automation

- Identify manual processes that can be automated.
- Build automated workflows, notifications, approvals, and data synchronization.
- Work with Zoho Flow and other automation platforms.
- Develop integrations between Zoho and external systems.

1. Client & Business Requirement Understanding

- Understand client requirements and business processes.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions.




- Participate in requirement gathering and solution discussions.
- Troubleshoot existing Zoho applications and identify improvements.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues.

1. Testing & Maintenance

- Test applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Debug Deluge scripts and API-related issues.
- Maintain documentation for applications and integrations.
- Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator.
- Good knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho CRM customization.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Knowledge of JSON and API-based integrations.
- Understanding of workflows, automation, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Good logical and analytical problem-solving ability.

Good to Have
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, or Zoho Flow.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working on client projects or SaaS/business automation solutions.

Qualification Education: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or equivalent technical qualification.

Relevant practical experience and strong technical skills will also be considered irrespective of specialization.

Salary INR 3,00,000 – INR 5,00,000 per annum
