ZOHO ERP ANALYST & ENGINEER

Role

We are looking for a Zoho ERP Analyst & Engineer who can understand business requirements, design ERP workflows,

and implement scalable solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations.
- Configure and customize Zoho ERP / Zoho One applications.
- Develop workflows, automation, validations, and custom functions using Zoho Deluge.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party services.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs using Zoho Analytics.
- Handle data migration, validation, troubleshooting, and ERP support.
- Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation.




- Identify process gaps and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.

Must Have
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Books / Inventory / Creator / People / Projects.
- Strong Deluge scripting skills.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
- SQL/database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own ERP implementation and support.

Good to Have
- Python / FastAPI / Node.js / Express.js.
- Git/GitHub and PR review experience.
- Understanding of SOLID principles and OOP.
- Experience with ERP integrations and automation.
