We are looking for a Zoho Applications & Business Automation Consultant with solid hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Zoho applications for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact directly with customers and end users to understand business requirements and processes.
- Develop and customize solutions on Zoho Books, Inventory, Creator, CRM and People.
- Design workflows, automations, custom features and business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Develop management reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
- Work across the Zoho One ecosystem and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training and implementation support.
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve existing solutions.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of hands-on Zoho implementation/development experience.




- Mandatory experience interacting directly with customers/end users.
- Strong experience in at least 34 Zoho applications.
- Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics and Zoho One preferred.
- API/integration experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently understand a customer's business problem, design a Zoho-based solution, implement it, demonstrate it to users and support it after implementation.

This is a client-facing business automation role, not a pure coding role.
