Embark is looking for a Zoho Technical Trainee to join our growing HR Technology team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator and Zoho integrations , supporting automation, configuration, troubleshooting and implementation for internal and client environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Zoho People, Recruit and Payroll .
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Zoho workflows and system configurations.
- Build and maintain simple workflows, forms, approvals,
notifications and automation .
- Learn and develop Deluge scripts for custom functions and process automation.
- Support API-based integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
- Assist in employee lifecycle automation including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, attendance, leave, payroll and exit processes .
- Support data migration, data validation and system testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-level support to users.
Education
- MCA graduates with solid technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
