NShifts: 24x7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)

NExperience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)

NRequired Skills:

- Support Microsofttools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Application Support, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.

- Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.

- Excellent communicationskills (written & verbal English)
N
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).
N
- Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shifts
