Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at Srinidhi Hospitals in Amalāpuram for a team member who is fluent in Telugu. The role involves supporting patients and visitors by communicating clearly in Telugu, assisting with registration and basic inquiries, and helping them navigate hospital departments.

The team member will relay information between patients and clinical staff, provide guidance on hospital processes, and maintain accurate, simple records related to patient interactions.



The position also includes answering queries in person, ensuring a welcoming environment, and collaborating with the broader care team to enhance patient comfort and understanding.

Qualifications

- Strong spoken and comprehension skills in Telugu; ability to communicate basic information in English is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic organizational and record-keeping abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Amalāpuram and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
