Job Responsibilities

· Manage overall Ashok Leyland Commercial Vehicle Workshop operations and daily activities.

· Supervise and manage Mechanics, Technicians, Service Advisors & Helpers.

· Monitor vehicle repair, servicing, job cards, productivity and TAT.

· Ensure timely vehicle delivery with quality service and minimum rework.

· Handle customer complaints, escalations and repeat complaints effectively.

· Achieve workshop revenue, labour, productivity and monthly business targets.

· Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, Sales and Accounts for smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety, workshop SOPs and warranty processes.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Ashok Leyland / Tata Motors / Eicher / BharatBenz or other Commercial Vehicle Workshops will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
