- Hands‐on experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access

- Strong understanding ofMDM / EMM / Endpoint Management concepts
N
- Experience managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
N
- Knowledge of Azure AD /Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
N
- Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, profiles, apps, certificates, compliance
N
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and REST APIs for automation
N
- Basic understanding of networking, VPN, certificates, and security
N
- Familiarity with ITIL processes in enterprise support environments
N
- Robust documentation,



communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

nKey Responsibilities*

N

- Provide L2.5‐level support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access platforms
N
- Handle advanced escalations related to enrollment, authentication, compliance, and app deployment
N
- Manage device lifecycleincluding onboarding, policy enforcement, and decommissioning
N
- Configure and maintain profiles, compliance policies, restrictions, and applications
N
- Support SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / Entra
N
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
N
- Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIs
N
- Assist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements
N
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards
N
- Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooks
N
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge transfer
N
