Your Role
You own the day-to-day endpoint engineering and operations device enrolment, compliance policy management, software packaging, image lifecycle, and VDI session host operations. You are the L2/L3 escalation point for device-related incidents from the service desk and drive automation of repetitive provisioning and health-check tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administer Intune and Autopilot: device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment
- Manage Windows OS image lifecycle: golden image maintenance, WIM capture/deploy, feature update testing
- Package and deploy applications via Intune (Win32, MSIX) and SCCM/MECM where applicable
- Support VDI session host operations: image updates, host pool scaling, FSLogix profile management
- Resolve L2/L3 device incidents escalated from the service desk — enrolment failures, policy conflicts, driver issues
- Maintain device lifecycle records, hardware asset tracking, and CMDB updates
- Build and maintain PowerShell scripts for device provisioning, compliance reporting, and health checks
Skills Required
- 3–5+ yrs endpoint engineering experience
- Microsoft Intune and Autopilot — device management, compliance, configuration profiles
- Windows OS image management (WIM, DISM, or OSD via SCCM)
- Application packaging — Win32/MSIX/MSI via Intune or SCCM
- VDI session host and FSLogix operations
- Azure AD / Entra ID — device registration and conditional access
- PowerShell scripting for device automation
- ITIL foundations — incident and change management
- Language: English fluent required
- Certification preferred: MD-102 or equivalent
Logistics Base Location: India (office preferred), remote or hybrid
Work Model: 2-shift rotation, covering 5x12h (07-19h CET)
