We are looking for a skilled Workday Time Tracking Consultant with expertise in Kronos/UKG to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in time tracking and consulting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking requirements and provide tailored solutions using Workday.

- Design and implement effective time tracking processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in time tracking systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation of time tracking systems and processes.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new time tracking systems.

- Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking systems and resolve them efficiently.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of time tracking principles and practices.

- Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Kronos/UKG is an added advantage.
