About the role

Lead the design of country-specific adaptations for the Workday Recruiting module, focusing on Indian legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements to optimize recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

- Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions to identify India-specific recruiting process deviations.
- Provide expert guidance on solution design addressing local labor laws and hiring norms within Workday Recruiting.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and cultural fit in recruitment processes.
- Advise on solution direction to enhance the global recruiting platform without performing configuration tasks.

Required skills and experience





- 10+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting with at least 5 years relevant to solution architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and recruitment practices impacting Workday implementations.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops and advise on system solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM platform is advantageous but not primary.

Nice to have

- Experience working in global HR technology projects involving multi-country process adaptations.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting environments.
