- Leading the integration and management of Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions
- Analyzing client needs to implement and optimize Workday applications for HR, finance, and other business functions
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance in delivering client solutions
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Prism Analytics to develop and deploy scalable solutions
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
