Must-Have Skills:

4–5 years of overall IT experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend Development

Hands-on experience building custom applications using Workday Extend

Workday Business Process design and implementation

Solid understanding of Workday Architecture and Security Framework

Workday Integrations

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
