We're hiring a Workday Finance professional with 3–8 years of experience to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Workday Finance Consultant/Analyst to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financials modules. You'll work closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, effective financial systems solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Financials modules (e.g., Core Financials, Accounting Center, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Expenses, or Adaptive Planning)

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations

Manage system testing, including unit, integration, and UAT cycles

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency

Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to support enhancements and new rollouts

Support Workday releases,



regression testing, and change management activities

Document processes, configurations, and best practices

Requirements

3–8 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials (implementation, configuration, or support)

Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, or FP&A;)

Experience with Workday security, business processes, and report writing

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Workday Financials certification(s) preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
